You have in your possession at your facility at [address of facility], [city of facility], [state of facility], the following goods owned by the undersigned that on [date delivered], were delivered to you: [Description of goods]. The undersigned has sold the goods to [name of buyer], of [address of buyer], [city of buyer], [state of buyer], in this notice referred to as the buyer. The undersigned directs that on surrender by the buyer of an acknowledgment letter in the buyers possession, you deliver to the buyer the goods described above. The delivery to the buyer is to be made free of any charge by you if the delivery is made to the buyer on or before [date to deliver]. The undersigned has your letter of [date of recipient's letter], in which you state all changes by you as bailee are paid in full to that date.
